GOODS TRANSPORT

- Claims and defending concerning the non-payment of the transport charges, or for damages or loss of goods as well as delay in delivery and other incidents in the transport services, before Courts of Justice or before Boards for Arbitration in Transport (“Juntas Arbitrales del Transporte”) as well as the procedures of deposit and auction of goods which have been refused at destination or/and whose transport charges have not been paid.

-These procedures, in relation to national or international transport (CMR).

-Reports and legal consultation about contracts and their clauses and conditions of transport and all kinds of transport related agreements, including the insurance for transported goods or for the carrier's liability.

-Arbitration in these cases.

-Administrative procedures and jurisdictional procedures (“contencioso-administrativo”) regarding transport permits, including the obtaining of permits, sanctions for breach of the transport and traffic regulations (including driving time and use of the tachograph and speed limiter) services related to transport : logistic operators, transport agencies, and the conveyance of goods in transit , etc.

-The setting up of companies for the transport of goods and related activities.

-General Legal Advice, either by single consultation or continuous assessment, regarding transport and transport related activities.
